STAY COOL March 29 Member Meeting featuring Mikaela Bolling of the Equinox Project.

STAY COOL member meetings kick off this year on Thursday, March 29, 5:30-7:30 pm in Del Mar at the Engel Home.

Our event will begin with networking, introductions and then we will hear from Mikaela. As in past meetings, there will be time for questions and answers. STAY COOL member announcements are allowed at the end of our event, time permitting.

The title of Mikaela's talk is: "Tracking Changes in San Diego's Key Quality of Life Metrics: The Equinox Project 'Dashboard'."

Mikaela Bolling leads the Equinox Project, a San Diego-focused education, research and policy initiative at the Center for Sustainable Energy. Equinox produces an annual San Diego Regional Quality of Life Dashboard and runs the young professionals network, Leaders 2020. Mikaela has a marketing and communications background in clean energy and environmental conservation working in Alaska, Hawaii and California. She is a LEED Green Associate and earned her bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Light appetizers, wine and refreshments are generously provided by our hosts, David and Peg Engel.
